Buchanan specializes in multi-family housing projects. Our experience extends to public and select bids, design/build, GC/CM and negotiated contracts. Building types range from new construction, renovations, detached housing units, multiple buildings with attached units, and occupied facilities.

Buchanan has teamed with a number of housing agencies throughout the state of Washington including Mercy Housing Northwest, Common Ground/Bellweather, Beacon Development, King County Housing Authority, the Renton Housing Authority, the Capitol Hill Housing and the Low Income Housing Institute. Most of these contracts included HUD Section 3 and/or M/WBE goals, Wage Rate requirements and a Certified Payroll.
