Buchanan provided repairs and maintenance work on an on-going basis. Specific tasks included removal of the front lobby from the structure and excavating forty feet into the basement to install an elevator. Additionally, we remodeled the restroom, rebuilt light tower, and reconstructed the lobby with matching and salvaged material.
