Sam brings 35 years of construction experience to the table on all projects he supervises. In addition to Sam’s construction management background, his 10+ years of experience in AutoCAD design and custom home building allows Sam to shine in his ability to efficiently and thoroughly execute structural, mechanical, and architectural plans on the project job site. Sam has forged productive and lasting relationships with subcontractors, project managers, inspectors, and owners, and frequently receives praise for his ability to manage a project with timeliness and accuracy. Sam’s background in occupied remodel projects allows for managing tenant relationships and expectations while keeping a job site safe. Sam started with Buchanan as a Carpenter and returned after a period of time as the knowledgeable effective Superintendent he is today.
