With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, John brings a depth of field knowledge that spans residential, commercial, and specialty projects. He began his career in roofing under the guidance of family, later expanding into landscaping, painting, and foundation work. By his early 20s, he found his niche in residential and multi-family framing, eventually leading multiple crews building for major developers.

As the demands of physical labor shifted, John successfully transitioned into remodels, operating his own company until the economic downturn. He then entered the commercial sector, working as a superintendent on projects ranging from restaurants to grocery stores—including Starbucks, QFC, Co-ops, Habit Burger, MOD Pizza—and spent three years running jobs at Sea-Tac Airport. His experience includes both ground-up construction and tenant improvements.

Known for being solution-oriented and quality-driven, John excels at finding efficient, durable fixes and always keeps an eye on schedule without compromising craftsmanship. A natural mentor, he enjoys teaching and learning on the job, always open to new ideas and approaches.
