Superintendent

Alfredo Mendez brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having embarked on his career right after high school. Beginning as a residential framer, Alfredo quickly advanced to become a framing subcontractor, successfully contracting projects for five years. He was then groomed as an assistant superintendent, specializing in tilt-up buildings, developing a robust understanding of structural assemblies. His dedication and expertise have propelled him to the role of superintendent.

Throughout his career, Alfredo has been an integral part of numerous commercial project builds. He has led ground-up five over two retail/residential projects in Seattle and overseen various commercial remodels as both superintendent and foreman before joining BGC in 2023. Alfredo’s extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, combined with his strong leadership and project management skills, enables him to efficiently manage large-scale projects and diverse teams. His commitment to excellence ensures that every project he undertakes is completed on time and within budget.
