OVERVIEW

Sno-Valley Senior Housing is a newly constructed apartment consisting of 15-units all 1-bedroom affordable senior housing designed with accessibility in mind. The three-story, wood frame building with associated site work includes common lounges, manager’s office, laundry rooms, outdoor amenity space and an elevator. Two of the units are visually and hearing impaired.

The city of Carnation is located geographically in an area where the soil underlying is weak. In order to make this project possible, the team utilized 4” and 6” piles. These piles were then integrated into our foundation to create a secure and stable structure.

The project had state and federal funding, plus ESDS tax credits.
