Construction of a new, 9,116 SF conference center located on a wooded site with limited access. Buchanan demolished and rebuilt a two story, wood frame facility to accommodate a large conference space, dining room, a commercial kitchen, and ancillary areas.
Buchanan worked closely with the owner to value engineer the project to meet the budget.
