Ponderosa Apartments interior and exterior renovation with envelope improvements included a new insulated membrane roof, solar pv-array install, and city sidewalk repair. The 23-unit apartment was partially occupied, construction was completed in 2 phases to only relocate half the residences at a time.
Individual unit water metering was installed into their fully renovated kitchens.
All locations were in a dense urban location where Buchanan had to be strategic about mobilization and demobilization, with little lay down area to work with. Comprehensive COVID-19 Work Plan implemented in the early stage of Stay Home, Stay Healthy to keep site open and safe.
