35 Tiny Homes and a Community Building to house homeless veterans. The homes are 160 sq ft.
Extensive value engineering to get the design, budget and funding issues resolved. The tiny homes were modular built and brought in after site work was complete.
Homes were placed on a previous graveyard that had been moved in the early 1900’s. When excavating we had to work with an architectural crew to slowly remove layers.
Community Building has a kitchen with laundry facilities for residents to utilize.
